My name is Maria Nowak-Swatowska and I am an Early Years Practitioner and the setting’s Speech and Language Coordinator. I find great joy in supporting children as they grow in confidence, develop their communication skills, and build positive relationships through play and everyday experiences.

Outside of work, I am a mum to two children and enjoy creative activities in my spare time, especially peg doll painting. I love bringing creativity into my practice and believe that arts and hands-on activities are a wonderful way for children to express themselves. I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment where every child feels safe, happy, and confident to be themselves.
